Black,glazed,100%cotton, skater/western style,hipster skirt(sits just under the waist!) with 5 x belt loops,side zip & button fastening, hand-gathered,black vintage lace trim at bottom of skirt & 8 x black ribbon bows on the lace!

Waistband of skirt measures 33½ inches,you can wear it on your waist (if you want it extra short or on your hips if you prefer!)

Length of skirt from below waistband- 11½ inches!
